In the US slave states, slaves were forbidden from learning to read. Frederick Douglass heard someone say that education makes one unsuited to slavery and decided that's what he wanted.
There are four or five women's rights or circumstances associated with developing peace and prosperity generally for a country. I no longer remember the full list but one of them is education.
If you are a Native American or Black American, odds are good you have baggage about American educational institutions. So did my father.
I forget who and when, but I believe it was in England that social stuff was getting ugly and people were expecting it to lead to violent conflict and it never did because some group focused on education and problem solving instead.
Keep in mind that no matter how polite you are about it, any meaningful exercise of power will get ugly pushback from someone.
I would start with looking to your health.

My medical condition puts me at high risk of diabetes, so I've read up on it. Diabetes is associated with inflammation which can be caused by infection.
"Coincidentally," Native Americans and Black Americans are populations that both have a history of significant incidence of sexual assault by Whites and also see high rates of diabetes. I'm not really a big believer in wild coincidence.
My goal for anyone is generally a sound mind in a sound body. My political views are rooted in that objective.
Being so amazingly bitchy as to want to get myself well when doctors wanted me to politely die a slow and gruesome death has gotten me banned from multiple forums or defacto run off. This has helped keep me in the poor house.
So rest assured I have no delusions that telling people of color look to your health and get an education will be warmly welcomed by White Supremacists.
But in my case, the risky path of possible death with a shot at something better was vastly better than the safe, politically correct path of politely dying a slow and gruesome death so doctors and scientists can feel smart and deserving of their big incomes.
I believe you are essentially in the same boat as me.
So while I don't recommend being unnecessarily rude or confrontational because telling White Supremacists to go fuck themselves can get you killed, I would like White Supremacists to please kindly go fuck themselves.

YOU are PROBABLY not as lily White as you imagine. And even if you are, please note that I preferentially date non-whites because I have a predominantly Caucasian homozygous recessive genetic disorder and ethnicity is a quick and dirty genetics test.
In other words, my White Privilege includes a debilitating and incurable Dread Disease.
Inbreeding promotes horrific, debilitating genetic disorders and your racist shit promotes inbreeding as well as actively encouraging people to lie and pretend they are 100 percent White when they aren't.
It's an ignorant and harmful position that harms not just people of color but also White people. It interferes with me safely dating someone unlikely to be a carrier and over time it increases the incidence of genetic defects in your precious Aryan Master Race.
