Leonardo DiCaprio is the guy who took a private jet to New York to pick up his climate-advocacy award from some organization or other.
We can all breathe a sigh of relief and continue living in mcmansions in the 'burbs and driving our SUVs thirty or more minutes to work. Rich people are throwing money at the problem.
Tell Japan to stop whining. They are clearly overreacting.
Well, y'all can, I guess. I've lived without a car for a lot of years in the pedestrian-hostile US while trying to blog about how to live lighter on the land and create a saner built environment.
But rest assured, no one is listening to me. I have essentially no traffic and have been unjustly banned or otherwise run out of town from all social media platforms.
Notice how the goal is to save specific species. No mention of slowing or reversing climate change as part of this feel good green washing of their reputations.
Did DiCaprio recently date someone too young or something? One wonders what dirt these two are attempting to distract the public from by throwing money at this project.
