Predominantly Female Spaces

There's no socially acceptable place or manner to speak of this but "the patriarchy" is not absent from spaces where the majority of people are female. The so-called patriarchy is much worse in those spaces and women choosing to vie for the opportunity to be some man's bitch is far more poisonous in such spaces than anything I've dealt with in predominantly male spaces, like Cyburbia or Hacker News.

Parenting lists trend predominantly female, so TAGMAX and its sister lists were mostly female spaces. There were also some CF lists that were predominantly female.

There is inevitably one or a few men who figure out how to open their mouths in these predominantly female spaces without everyone else wanting their head on a platter and what happens is some number of women line up to do all the virtual cock sucking they can get away with without someone accusing them of being unfaithful to their husband and God help anyone on list who DARES to disagree with the bastard.

Guess who routinely dared to disagree with the men and their harem of spiteful bitches ready to cut you and bleed you for not groveling in his presence?

I'm pretty sure the same asshole mods who put me on permanent review on TAGPDQ also threw me in front of one such man on TAGMAX whose shit they were tired of.

Anyway, Valorie King, founder of The TAG Project, did some data gathering and found that twenty percent of subscribers participated regularly, ten percent participated once or occasionally and the rest lurked.

Dunbar's Number is 150 people and if you multiply that by five you get 750 people. In other words, 150 is one fifth AKA twenty percent of 750.

So when TAGMAX exceeded 750 members, the active participants exceeded Dunbar's Number of 150 group members and at that point you began to see fracturing of the group which led to some number of spin off lists and I was involved with I think two or three such lists.

One such spin off list began unsurprisingly with around twenty or so members all of whom happened to be female. Not shocking given that TAGMAX was overwhelmingly female.

I've ALWAYS been extremely open about having been molested as a child and I knew these women already and it was a small group, so I was quite open in discussions on that list about those experiences.

And then one day we got a new member who happened to be male and he read the entire archive full of extremely personal information about ME before introducing himself and IMMEDIATELY began giving me shit about how much I hate men, how much baggage I obviously have etc.

The woman mod and list owner introduced him to us with an email with a title like "A Man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" And then he, she and everyone else on list made up bullshit about ME making a big deal about his gender.

I spent several emails politely rebutting this mountain of SHIT from him and them in spite of how deranged it was and finally told him in exasperation "If you insist on MAKING it an issue, yeah, it's going to be an issue." 

And I also made it clear I'm NOT the person who MADE his gender an issue. She was when she introduced him with "A Man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" like us other twenty members didn't count because none of us had a penis.

He promptly left. Participation on list dried up and eventually she quietly deleted the list without telling anyone because when she asked us to approve of her killing it, no one gave her the permission she was looking for.

This is one of the reasons I considered calling this blog Confessions of a Forum Killer.

Though really it wasn't me who did anything wrong. These women were all handmaidens to the patriarchy, had no respect for any women and couldn't treat women like human beings, not even themselves.

I was odd person out for not being like that and it went very weird places through no fault of my own.

FYI: I've trended towards making private email lists with NO archive so latecomers can't pull similar ugly stunts.
